Our mobile systems are designed for demanding temporary and supplemental power applications. Containerized battery systems can integrate battery storage, power conversion, thermal management, controls, communications, fire-safety systems, and electrical interfaces into rapidly deployable platforms. Multiple BESS units can operate together as a coordinated fleet, allowing Caylora to scale power and energy capacity around the customer's load. The earlier technical proposal specifically contemplated containerized LFP systems with integrated PCS/inverters, thermal management, fire detection and suppression interfaces, controls, rapid parallel connection, and coordinated operation.
Intelligent, Coordinated Power
Caylora uses centralized Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) to monitor system health, state of charge, power output, temperatures, communications, alarms, and operating status. The EMS can coordinate synchronization, load sharing, dispatch, ramp rates, protective interlocks, and transitions between operating units.
For continuous temporary-power applications, mobile BESS assets can also be operated as a rotating fleet. Charged units are delivered to the operating site while depleted units are retrieved and recharged at an offsite energy hub. Properly engineered make-before-break exchanges allow incoming units to be synchronized before outgoing equipment is disconnected, helping maintain uninterrupted power while assets rotate.
More Than Backup Power
Mobile BESS can support:
-
Data center startup and commissioning
-
Temporary utility capacity and planned maintenance
-
Peak shaving and demand management
-
Construction and infrastructure projects
-
Oil & gas and industrial operations
-
EV and fleet charging
-
Events and temporary facilities
-
Supplemental capacity while permanent utility infrastructure is developed
-
Hybrid BESS + generator applications
Caylora's materials describe mobile BESS applications involving utilities, oil and gas operations, peak management, construction sites, and recurring event power. They also document hybrid operation alongside generators, where BESS can respond quickly to changing loads while reducing generator idling, fuel consumption, emissions, maintenance, and operating costs.
Power Without Permanent Infrastructure
Mobility changes the economics and timeline of energy storage. Customers can gain access to megawatt-scale power without committing to a permanent stationary installation. Assets can be relocated among facilities, scaled in parallel, returned for charging, or redeployed to another project as operating requirements change.
Caylora Mobile BESS turns stored energy into a deployable resource—bringing power to the load instead of waiting for the grid to reach it.

MOBILE BESS
Utility-Scale Stored Energy. Delivered Where It’s Needed.
Caylora's Mobile Battery Energy Storage Systems bring utility-scale stored power directly to the point of need. Rather than waiting for permanent substations, transmission upgrades, utility interconnections, or stationary battery installations, mobile BESS can be transported, connected, operated, recharged, and redeployed as project requirements change.
